Game, or, (v) the acceptance of any Prize.

4. Sweepstakes players shall periodically review at a rate not less than once monthly these Terms and Conditions
posted at this Web site at a rate not less than once monthly.

5. Sweepstakes player shall not participate in the Games, open, use or reuse an account, enter the Web site, or accept
any Prize if Sweepstakes player does not fully understand, agree to, become a party to, and shall abide by,
without exception, all rules, regulations, terms and conditions contained herein and as such rules,
regulations, terms and conditions may change from time-to-time.

6. Sweepstakes players are solely responsible for their account transactions and should keep their account information
confidential. Should a Sweepstakes player give away, share or lose his/her account number and/or
password Shammy Sweeps will not be held liable for any claims regarding that account.

7. Personal identity and details of all Sweepstakes players will remain confidential.

8. Malfunction voids all plays and pays.

9. All rules, regulations, and prizes contained herein are subject to change and revision by the management without
